Mauzy Properties was founded in 2010 as a small local in-house management company for our owner’s real estate portfolio, since no similar companies existed. What began as a focused property management solution has since become a full-service real estate company specializing in residential properties throughout the Twin Cities. Our growth has been fueled organically by word of mouth and fantastic customer referrals.
From day one, our management system was built with an “owner mentality”—treating every property as if it were our own. That philosophy still guides everything we do.
