Multiple Payment Methods
Payments may be made via a checking or savings account, money orders or cash in person at our office. You can enter your bank account information for a checking or savings account and save it in your tenant portal account. You can make a one time payment or set up a regular recurring payment using links that appear on your Payments tab.
Payments made via a checking or savings account using your account number and routing number incur no additional fees. Login to your tenant portal account for more information.
Setup a recurring payment and never miss a rent payment!
To make a recurring payment
- Log into the Tenant Portal by logging in or registering below if you have not done so.
- Go to the Payments tab
- Click the Setup a recurring payment link.
- On the Setup a recurring payment link, complete the form.
To make a one time payment
- Log into the Tenant Portal by logging in or registering below if you have not done so.
- Go to the Payments tab.
- Click the Make a one time payment link.
- On the Make A One Time Payment page, complete the form.
