As the driving force behind Mauzy Properties, Chris oversees all aspects of daily operations. His involvement ranges from financial analysis and strategic planning to leasing, maintenance coordination, and tenant relations. He works closely with investors to ensure their properties perform at their highest potential, consistently offering insight and recommendations to optimize efficiency, value, and long-term profitability.

As Chief Financial Officer of Mauzy Properties, Notasha Mauzy oversees the financial strategy, planning, and performance of the company. With a strong background in financial management and organizational operations, she ensures that the company’s investment decisions, property management processes, and growth initiatives are aligned for long-term stability and success.

A graduate of the University of Denver, Notasha brings a solid academic foundation to her work, combining analytical insight with practical financial leadership. She manages budgeting, forecasting, cash flow analysis, and financial reporting for the firm’s portfolio of single-family, multi-family, and commercial properties. Her leadership supports efficient operations while maintaining strong investor confidence and trust.

Known for her attention to detail and proactive approach, Notasha plays a key role in shaping the company’s direction and sustaining its positive relationships with clients, partners, and tenants. Her commitment to integrity, accountability, and operational excellence continues to contribute to the steady growth and success of Mauzy Properties.

Hi, I’m Kyle Kaske, a licensed REALTOR® and leasing expert with Mauzy Properties. Since joining MP in 2021, I’ve had the privilege of serving as the leasing agent for hundreds of rental properties and completing a wide range of brokerage transactions — from 1031 exchanges and first-time home purchases to commercial, multifamily, and single-family sales.

With a degree in Economics from the University of Minnesota and a background in construction, my approach to real estate is thoughtful, strategic, and distinct from the average agent. I focus on understanding each client’s goals to create a smooth and successful experience from start to finish.

Outside of real estate, I’m married to my wonderful wife, Morgan, and together we have two loving pups — Minnie and Tito. We love golfing in the summer and skiing in the winter. A fun fact about me: I’m an IRONMAN Finisher (and no, not the movie kind!). The IRONMAN race includes a 2.4-mile swim, a 112-mile bike ride, and a full marathon (26.2 miles) — an experience that taught me the value of discipline and mental toughness.

Outside of real estate, I’m married to my wonderful husband, Kevin, and together we have two amazing children, Channing and Christian. Family means everything to me, and it’s a big part of why I’m so passionate about helping others find a place they can call home.

Hi there! I’m Kristina, and I’ve been happily working with Mauzy Properties since the fall of 2019. My real estate obsession started young—I was the kid who thought visiting open houses was the best kind of weekend fun!

I truly enjoy building solid relationships with everyone I work with, whether you’re a first-time buyer, a seasoned seller, a renter, or an investor. Moving is a huge transitional moment, and my goal is to make sure your experience is as pleasant as possible.

When I’m not helping clients, you can find me indulging my other great love: food! I consider myself a total foodie. Trying new restaurants and exploring different cuisines is my favorite hobby. Mix that with a little bit of travel, and that’s pretty much my recipe for happiness!
